• For a usage fee of €10,00 per person you will receive a bathrobe and a sauna towel for your stay at our reception. This service is free of charge by book a Superior room. 
• slippers can be purchased at our reception for €2,50

Our guests must take some restrictions into account, as our hotel is not barrier-free.

Although our hotel has special car parks for people with reduced mobility, the path from there to the hotel entrance is slightly sloping for walkers or wheelchairs.

Similarly, the passageways, movement and meeting areas as well as hotel and bathroom facilities in the hotel do not all meet the relevant accessibility requirements. There are some rooms with walk-in showers and can be described as barrier-free. However, the availability of these rooms is limited and there is no entitlement to be allocated one of these rooms.

Please also note that our pool, saunas and steam bath are not barrier-free. There are no special facilities or equipment to facilitate access for people with reduced mobility.

• • In some room categories, it is possible for children to sleep in their parents' room or for a child to share a room with one adult. When booking a room, please note the maximum number of people in each room category. The number of persons, including the children travelling, must always be stated. 
  • Children up to the age of 4 stay free of charge in their parents' room (when sleeping in their parents' bed). Breakfast and, if applicable, half board are also free of charge. Subject to availability, we are happy to provide you with a baby cot (up to the age of 3). The price for this is EUR 15.00 per night. Please inform us of your request for a baby cot when booking. 
  • Children from 5 to 12 years stay in their parents' room at a reduced rate (extra bed) and receive a discount on breakfast and half board. These reductions are already included in the room rate offered and when the age of the child is stated. 
  • Children aged 13 and over are full-paying guests 
  • If you would like to book a separate room for your children, we will grant you a discount for the 2nd room on request and subject to availability. Please do not hesitate to contact us!

Out of consideration for allergy sufferers, pets are not allowed in our hotel. We ask for your understanding!

All superior rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
Please note that for ecological reasons it is in operation only in the period from 30 May - 30 September.

From the North (from direction Wuppertal) 

•  A46 direction Düsseldorf / Cologne
• at the junction Hilden change to the A3 direction Cologne, Cologne east to the A4 direction Olpe / Gummersbach
• exit Overath
• After approximately 400 m turn left onto the B55 / Kölner Str
• After about 1 km turn left onto Mucher Str. L312 direction Much / Marialinden
• At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit
• After about 6.5 km you will find the hotel entrance on the left

From the South (from direction Bonn)

• A59 direction Cologne
• at the junction St. Augustin take the A560 direction Hennef
• exit Much, turn right onto the B56 direction Much
• Follow the signs to Much. In Much, take the 3rd exit at the traffic circle
• After approximately 1 km the hotel is on the right hand side

From the East (from direction Olpe)

• A4 direction Köln
• exit Bielstein, Much / Drabenderhöhe, turn left onto the B56 direction Much / Drabenderhöhe
• After about 10 km you will arrive in Much
• At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit and go straight through the village
• At the end of the traffic circle, there is a second traffic circle and take the second exit again
• Continue straight ahead and after approximately 1 km you will find the hotel entrance on the right

From the West (from direction Cologne)

•  A4 direction Olpe
• exit Overath
• After approximately 400 m turn left onto the B55 / Kölner Str
